Kevin O'Connor

Economics Consultant

B.A. Economics, Public Finance and Law (IPA Dublin)

M.A. Rural Development (NUI Galway)

Kevin specialises in rural and urban development, marine and water-based tourism, fisheries management and community enterprise. This work generally requires him to prepare feasibility studies and/or business plans for grant applications and lending proposals. He has also worked as project manager to deliver many of these initiatives. Kevin has good first-hand knowledge of European funding programmes, as well as tourism venues across Europe, which brings useful insights to many of his projects.

Michael Meehan

Chartered Accountant and Tax Consultant

Michael specialises in property transactions, related financing and tax consultancy. He has worked on financing projects with a combined value in excess of €150m within the last 12 months. Michael assists clients to prepare financial plans as well as funding applications and drawdowns. Funders include commercial banks, alternative second tier funders as well as government backed funding from SBCI, ISIF, etc.
